Just assume all new RPGM games on latest updates are MTL and don't get your hopes up heh.

Think about how hard it is to do a real translation. It's not a simple thing for random people to get into. The big names in the business like kagura/JAST/mangagamer can't pick up all the random games that pop up on dlsite.

People doing MTL could at least use the function of wrapping the text. It's available on Translator++...

Looking at this thread.. You guys talking about MTL, here i am, not knowing what it is
MTL stands for machine translation, aka imagine people taking the entire script of a game and putting it through google translate. It's not quite that bad most the time as most use a better machine translator then google. But not much better, and if it's unedited it's basically unreadable aside from maybe you'll know where to go next where if you just played with jpn text.

MTL stands for Machine TransLation which is a great demerit to many.
The difference between watching a cg set and playing a game is the "immersion" that the game can bring if its made well and the scenes will be much more appealing due to the story and dialogue shown.
Machine translation are often incomprehensible and may need a lot of guesswork to get the gist of what's happening taking you out of the immersion so often that it's almost better to not have a translation at all. Personally at that point i would be fine with a translation of the menus and maybe some straight translated hints/directions as to where to go after each event and imagine the rest of the dialogue myself as a bad machine translation can be really distracting.
I have seen here and there some edited/corrected MTL that at least made a small amount of sense and were fine enough but i haven't seen many.

To those who cannot understand why people don't like 'MTL' it's like:

English - MACBETH
The thane of Cawdor lives: why do you dress me
In borrow'd robes?

MTL - MACBETH
Cawdor aw hasn't left any tips yet! See everything
Is a love or is a love

Most 'MTL' butchers text, to those who say you just need to look at the images (then the game is irreverent and the MTL is even more pointless) we would not need to play games.

Porn games don't generally have poetry in them, no, but for this specific genre half of what you jerk off to is, in fact, the dialogue
I'd take that further and say that this is one of the things that really irks me about porn games in general. Dialogue/general writing and gameplay are important - if they weren't, we could do away with the game part entirely and just fap to the artist's Hentai Foundry/Pixiv/-booru page.

Translating is time-consuming and frustrating unless you really love the story.
You said before NTR doesn't need proper grammar and story elements since it isn't poetry.

NTR to me is all about the story. Having it be caveman talk ruins the whole effect. Netorare is all about the feelings it comes with and those can usually not be conveyed through pictures only. It can work, but the text in a good NTR is the most important thing, believe it or not. I would rather read a good story of NTR than cycle through pictures, imagining what is being said and what the relationship the different characters have to each other.

I'd go as far as saying it isn't NTR if you don't understand what is going on. As Heff_Wulf pointed out a few comments above mine, the text is severely butchered.

It is even a waste of your time IF you "google-translate" everything, posting the game on f95 and nearly no one wanted to play it. I don't assume everyone hated MTL but just read everyone's comment, you can feel the hate.

Even more waste of time if the whole damn topic is just about MTL complaint rather than the game's content, literally wasting even more people's time, not just the "Translator(s)". Not even bother leaving a review or just a some quick 1-star rates because of MTL again and again. A big Waste of time !
