As of now, no. Unless you grab someones edited save that allows you to.
Supposedly dev fix it, but no one has released the download for the patch yet. Hopefully, give it a day or two to drop on here. Otherwise, just grab someones save, but it is just a scene animation and nothing more and not 'pixel' animation.
u can interact with that girl just click the cat on the roof of the toilet then she will drop her phone click on the phone

Is the sport lady at the park interactable? I've been trying I could but nothing seem to work.
