Can't in front, but if you did buy the video recorder and sent him the video, you can randomly see him watching the videos at night if you call her over. And when you open the site it says "Do you want to view this page in English" up top. If you don't get that, there is a tiny globe at the top right where you can change the language of the site.
Also, people buy from China every day, so that would not be a problem for your CC company. And even if they call, you just say "yeah that was me", and done. Also, again, you'd be buying from Japan, not China.
