For the weekend night party: During weekend (obviously, but choose saturday night to be safe), talk to Setsuna in front of the convenient store at midnight. Let her sleep at your house, if Yue (not sure about her name, the MC niece) and Kaede Lust parameter are high enough, you can have them join the "fun".
Fall of a fighter: Lose the Setsuna mini game.
Weekend Night Party: I recommended doing this on a Saturday. You need to be at the store when it hits midnight swapping over to Sunday. Talk to Sakura and invite her to stay at Hiroshi's house. After a round there should be an option about I can feel someone looking... in which you invite Yui, & Kaede who are outside Hiroshi's room inside and have a foursome with the three girls. I do recommend making sure the girls are level 5 in lust level.
For Fall of a Fighter: Make sure you didn't beat up all the thugs. You need to lose a fight for you to unlock this scene.

Kaede, & Yui - Bathroom ~ On a Saturday/Sunday 20:00[8pm], Kaede, & Yui will be in the bathroom.
Kaede, & Yui - Yui's Room 2 ~ During the weekend when Kaede, & Yui are asleep. 21:00[9pm]-06:00[6am]. Pick the 2nd option after a round with one of them, pick the options about someone approaching.
Kaede, & Yui - Hiroshi's Room ~ During the weekday. Tutor Kaede then save & reload until she's in the living room. Take Kaede into Hiroshi's room and then after a round, call Yui.

It's wild how, despite the many issues with this game (bit too grindy in places, janky animations in some parts, characters feel dumb as bricks), I'm still super stoked for another game by this lot. They just kinda know how to scratch the NTR corruption itch.
