Sad the update will not have much content. Hopefully we will get at least two updates this month.

update are up between 20 to 25 days on average so we should get another one right before the end of the months +/- a few days.
Also yes, it's the shortest story update yet, it's more an implementation of background system than a continuation of story this time around, but this was expected.
If you want more story might be wise to just wait out of the month for 0.18

Thought don't hold your breath, it's only six new pictures with and just about a short scene per path. might honestly be as good to wait for 0.18 x)
thought speaking of which :
- Added a new gameplay element that gives players more insight into events (right now, it only has 1 entry, but this will expand in future updates).
- Added the system(s) for a new gameplay element with Sam (though it’s only being hinted at now—more action coming in v0.18.0).
I don't know which is which. I bought the chat log alpha but there's seems to be nothing there so I suspect it's the Sam element, but I got no idea where is the other one...

Sam will be the comics she mentions, and Richard's log system with the Fappening etc.

There will be a short conversation about how Matt blackmailed Liz from early on. It's short and is just an actual confirmation of what we already knew/suspected.
ah ok i thought the dev added a new feature but didn't implement anything to showcase it

To be fair, while it wasn't hidden by any means, it was still in a rather easily missable space. Only found it by accident when my eyes fell on the thing after a missclick xD

Oof, that was a quick 30 seconds of content. Liz gets off work, goes to MC's house for some fun, heads home, wakes up next day to get ready for work, end of update. Just a whole lotta nothin' lol.
Guess it is path dependent on this one, or it was meant as a short story update with all the other features being added. Eh, either way, think I'll wait a bit before playing the next updates or so lol. Thanks for the upload.

On one hand we knew 0.17 was going to be short in therm of story as it was more features/dev focused, but holy hell it was short. Thankfully 0.18 is going full speed ahead on story again so we should return to the previous "story update size" in some manner.
In terms if content added it short, but i think we need to replay the whole story for some new features to fully unlock, if not wrong. So basicly for those not minding it, it fun to relive the story on different paths again. For me well I kinda recent did the whole runs again to get all pictures, so geuss I won't redo all the paths i done, like the conservative and one ntrs path i might skip.
I think chatlog alpha should not close itself on its own. can some patron report this to Nosy?
