Making a statement here since things went a bit far while I was trying to sleep. Nothing has been mentioned by Nosy yet. Until an announcement is made by him personally assume that there is a delay without an eta for now. As of this post he should be working his normal day job right now.
After this the chat moves to the fortune teller where Sam gives me the pic of Liz being mindbroken.
Can anyone provides save before this so I can check if it's really my save that's buggy?

I just replayed that part in fact the picture is in a convo before that one where sam ask you what you want to drink, the problem with that convo is that it can be skipped if you don't pay enough attention. Click on the button next to the quick save button to see if you have Sam Wilson 14 on the list (the pic is there)

Not possible for now. Only on the happy or lovers path. We don't know if we are going to get it on the NTR path (seems logical because she is already fallen and there is almost nothing to protect Liz from...)
Logically, but because of another reason. On NTR path MC doesn't have good relationships with Sam, so she dosn't want to discuss it with him
I don't agree with this, before 0.18 you have basicly the same conversations on happy path and ntr path. And in 0.18 Sam begin to question about Liz attitude, and i would say that for now she is going to side with MC.
On NTR path if you don't save Liz from camping, Sam won't ask you to come during lunch time and she won't send you lewd pics of herself. Basically she is kind of disappointed in MC
