I'm playing v0.18.2, downloaded from here a couple days ago. I'm on day 29, I just got AskItShareIt from Richard, and I don't see anything like what you're describing. Is it supposed to be available from day 1? Is it only on certain paths?

Leaked chats are very buggy. Sometimes the purchase bookmark doesn’t show up at all, sometimes it shows up but the purchase button doesn’t work, and other times you buy it but the icon never appears in the message app so you can’t read it. I had to reload the game multiple times before it finally worked.
