This is true. Here a couple of my favorite examples of such pics in the game, for science.
It is a reminder to the player that MC is supposed to see the pictures with full censorship.
When the bar will be removed, it is the end of the game because it is the big reveal for MC.

The in-game messages have said that the premium access is uncensored, so if the MC got premium access, of course it would mean that the MC is seeing the uncensored versions of the images. But there's no reason we can't play it as if the level of censorship the player is seeing in the un-premium content is different from what the MC is seeing. I already play it that way without it being fully uncensored. You really expect me to believe the MC wouldn't recognize his own girlfriend with just a tiny little bar over her eyes?

I tried but I had to access the files from my computer by hooking up my phone to it, but all it did was just reset my pictures.
L102/L104 Happy nts path let her go with Sam beginning 0.18 you need to make her wear a short skirt
L105 Happy or Lovers path in a conversation with Sam
M138 NTR path high will
M142 Happy path
M143 NTR path let her go on drinks with Matt in 0.18.2 only (you need a save from before that point, this is the story change from original 0.18)
