Wrong it is on happy NTS path there are two options don't ask sam to bring her home OR piss Sam off in 018 (in both Sam leaves with a guy and Liz get fucked)
how do you get Sec_P19? (Liz and Sam naked together) I managed to get a picture of them in pijamas but not naked

This is not how the pictures appear on MC's phone, though. Players get the low censorship version, MC gets the high censorship. So if you want the full experience, go to Settings > Censorship Level > Full and have fun!
And of course, not getting the channel and not giving Liz any birthday present should also work wonders to not suspect anything.
Can you give more precision? Which path? When was your save?...
For the codes you enter them in the search bar under the bottom right icon on the main screen of the game (the green circle one)
