Funny thing is, I just replayed the scene and, this time, I got M156 at the end of the follow-up scene (which is an obvious NTR pic, but I didn't get it in my first NTR playthrough of this update, the scene ended up at M155). Oh well...
L110 and L111 are a low will option where you picked all the NTS choices on a NTR run. I admit it is quite hard to have the NTS scenes on a NTR run. You need to have L90 unlocked in your run if you hope to have 110 and 111

Well, I *thought* I picked all of them (I have two NTR runs, with one specifically for NTS--I have L91 unlocked on my NTR run, and both L90 & L91 on my NTS run, so I must have missed something).
Edit: replayed it again, and now I got it, thanks! Odd thing is, I'm still not getting M148, which I thought for sure were a set with M147 (which I got), but it's okay. Duh, after choosing all the "lead to NTS" choices up till now, looks like I miscliked and I just missed the "fall into NTS" one--good job, me!

Yeah, logical that I didn't get it, then. I need to do another NTR playthrough while trying to leave Liz enough will, I'm sure I missed quite a few pics over the last few updates because her will is too low.
Wait, I didn't get M152 on High will NTR. Is it low will? Also can confirm M148 on high will NTR

Yes, he does. You can't avoid the blackmail part, but Lovers enables you to protect Liz afterwards (and probably make sure that Matts gets his due/get revenge on him at the end).
First you have to do a new run then you have to pick the right choice to unlock the chatlog (good luck with that we don't know which choice unlock something or not)

In the love route, you get a different message "is this enough". The love path, she is still struggling to not go all the way with her boss. From what I've played, during certain events you will fall from lovers to happy/ntr. Think any event where there is a chance the boss will finally fuck Liz. I won't say where for spoiler purposes, but they should be fairly easy to catch.
That being said, I think the way the MC is written is pretty dumb. At this point in the story (assuming you've played the newest one prior to the lovers/happy path current broke) there are things that happen with Sam, leaked chats and the Sharespace post that should have the MC question her. I understand that the main meat and potatoes of the game is the NTR path and its good, but the other two paths are suffering in quality story and content wise. Currently where the story is for the lovers path, the MC should at least have had a conversation with Liz. Plenty of opportunities to do so.
