Everyone who plays this type of games secretly wants an NTR avoidable option. It's like watching a tragedy and wishing there's a happy ending at the end of all the misery. On a more serious note, I honestly doubt that Sam will be an antagonist in this game.
That's true every thing we have tell us that Sam will help MC even in the NTR path (she will introduce the fortune teller into that path probably in 0.20).
Even if everything that happen to Liz is her fault, unwillingly. Let me explain.

When Matt brought Liz home i think he intended to fuck her. And i think Liz beggued him not to, revealing she was a virgin. Now he knows he has found a target for his mission. You will ask me why he didn't fucked her at that time? Mainly because it would have felt like a rape for Liz, there is no corruption in that and after it is hard to corrupt someone that hate you from the bottom of her heart. Instead he choose to jerk himself on her, taking as much evidence possible and started his path of blackmail and corruption.
Now i will return to Sam, i let you wonder what would have happened if Sam didn't insist on a girl night out or didn't leave with the guy. The answer is simple probably nothing. So yes it's her fault in a sense.

So, let's give this little fantasy a spin. Imagine Sam invites the MC to one of her shoots. He enjoys the action, takes a few pics, all harmless enough.
