Managed to track all of gallery except for two of lizz and sam, respectively. Both of which have eluded me. Any 100% Slut Scholars know of the trigger points and conditions for these two entries, praytell?

In S12 nothing say that it is Matt fucking Sam, remember this is a pic you get on Lovers, and on Lovers Sam just want to kill Matt.

SC17 on Lovers at the beginning of 0.19 go with Liz, there will be a notification for Slut in the city.
L127 is the immediate follow up of L126 so you must get it when you return with Liz from the club in the Lovers path.
Just make sure you use the latest version of the game

Sorry, is it possible to go back to a message without loading an old save? that if I choose an answer I can go back with a button or command to change the choice quickly? thanks
No you can't, you have to make a save before making a choice
To be fair, we can create as many save files as we want. At least I haven't found a limit yet. I tend to save before every choice.
This could just be a ME thing, but i'll report it anyways just in case.
I was playing in a full NTR route (taking the dumbest decisions every time to get images i didn't have), i was playing this route from zero using v19.2, and then continued playing it yesterday on v19.6.
Today when i opened the game it didn't had my wallpaper image saved and most of the images previously downloaded from the mattinator account were no longer in the gallery, but were still visible on the mattinator account.
Also, a few images from routes i've not done yet appeared on my persistent gallery (L110 to L115, L121, L122, E5 and i'm not sure but i think M148 got deleted from the persistant gallery).
I think some of my saves are a little bugged too, but it's not a big deal for me. I love the game and now i just have another excuse to replay it from the beginning.
