I think it depends on what you are looking for in a 100% lovers path. I think a lot of the triggers that forced you from lovers to happy have been fixed. I think it mostly is a combination on how you respond and spend time with Liz and keeping her more on the conservative path, versus a more lewd path, opening up more temptation to slip into the happy path. So far, I've been on the lovers path since the beginning (had to restart a few times with the larger updates). I think a full lovers path is possible, but will take the most work out of the three. I will say, I am happy that the lovers path finally got some good updates with the MC and Liz spending more time together and you can see how much they care for each other. Its also possible to see how well you are doing on the lovers path from the secret messages you unlock with Liz fighting back pretty hard.
That said, if you are expecting the lovers path to not have Liz interact with Matt (blowjobs, groping, kissing etc) then yea that's not going to happen. The lovers path (from my understanding) is the only path where she refuses to cross the line and have sex with Matt and only with the MC (with and without condom).
As Nosy said "there will be ntr on every path" so on Lovers it takes the form HJ, BJ but for now no real sex. On lovers i can only see Liz to have sex with Matt under certain conditions and most of them are more or less like a rape (forceful or chemically/nanobotised induced) because Matt lose his nerves (remember successfully corrupting Liz means for Matt to gain his freedom from the evil bitch).
I dont think Nosy will introduce NTR in lovers path, why would he put a lovers options if he does it NTR later?
It would be too much work for something that will have no end, update time spent on a path that will not exist in the end
I don't think Nosy would add in any forced options like drugs or chemicals as it defeats the overall purpose of him having to have Liz willingly submit to him for the evil bitches experiments. I think there will be more choices where you can slip from Lovers to Happy where she will have sex with him if you don't continue to show her love and affection. Or if (assuming) on the lovers path, you find out about her infidelity (yes hj, blowjobs, kissing etc counts) and you blow up on her or leave her instead of finding out the truth why she did it and supporting her as best you can (finding ways to fight back or expose Matt).
That last part is just an assumption though.
There are moments (early on) where you can slip from lovers, to happy to ntr or from lovers to ntr. However, It think with the 2.0 release after a certain point you are locked into the lovers path and can only slip into the happy/nts path
I think the lovers path will continue as is, where the only ntr on the path is the forced hjs and bjs anything more will move it to the happy path. but with the way things are going im expecting the lovers path to become a little more tricky or tougher.

Yes they change her and no not give the bots yourself don't change anything since she receive them from Matt/evil bitch. The only thing it change it is that you spare a lot of money (and the game is more boring since you don't have Liz thoughts anymore)

You never go directly from Lovers to NTR. You are first kicked to Happy and then into NTR (until now you can only access the NTR path early in the game).
You are never locked in the Lovers path, it is just that now when you fail the Lovers path you aren't kicked out immediately to the happy path.
Yes it is the black haired girl that Matt fuck in the Lovers path (there are chatlogs that confirm this)
And yes it is confirmed in another chatlog of this update the she is an ex of Richard and that she want him back (yandere style)

Nosy also said at the end of one of the recent updates in his usual message that the Lovers path is going to be the most painful if I recall correctly, so it's not off the table - I hope there's a way to prevent it though as this is a nice challenge and makes NTR Mobile a game (vs. a kinetic novel). Few titles in the genre respect player choice as much as this one and it would only make sense to give the option imho.
Nosy said in the update at the end that "you may already be off the Lovers path", but I don't think it's purely tied to Liz's stats, so not a lewd vs. conservative branch but rather choices without immediate consequences (e.g. promising Richard to hook him up with Sam). On the other hand, conservative has become mostly meaningless at this point (afaik there wasn't any content for it in v0.20?), so who knows if it doesn't pop up again
As for the MC cheating, I've always been a big proponent of a Sam sub-route and Nosy at least leaves that option open with Sam obviously being quite enamored with him and inserting herself here and there. I could well imagine that he leaves it at that and it's just some "Samservice" since people like her, though Sam cucking Liz in the end does have some appeal and would at least be somewhat original in this kind of game.
