It is on happy/nts route, you have to make wear a short skirt (for that you have to pick every single nts choice when Liz go shopping with Sam and at the university) and make her go with Sam at the beginning of this update
If you are able to pick the short skirt option, you are kicked from the Lovers path since a long time
They mostly give you a picture that you can't have other wise (the pics are not unlocked in gallery)
You have type the code in the text box that is in the bottom right green icon after you clic on it
That update that let's you see the egg and sperm. Is there a way to get her pregnant already in game?
