Was a matter of time imo, based on the ideas on the discord it seems that this is what the majority or at least the most vocal minority wants.
More time with everyone else, less time with MC.
Not in my case, i loved the happy path because even she cheated she was still resisting... Now she start to fall on the same level as the NTR path...
And i won't mention Nosy end update message on happy... It was time that she begin to fall for Matt and if you don't stop it, it will get worse (i sumarise the message but the idea is there).
And the message "If you have Sam against you, you have no chances". But on the happy normal path what she has done to help yet? Absolutely nothing! She don't even give the access to the fortune teller sharespace (if you check the chatlogs she has gained access for you).
I hope in the next update the friends we are supposed to have will be more useful...

I don't play the happy path, so i can't really comment on that.
At least on the lovers route, the friends were somewhat useful.
In response to those 'she's just a cheating lsut' comments, guys, she's getting fucked up in body and mind by the nanobots which affects her judgement... So in that regard, Lovers path can be considered some kind of miracle that she's still holding and doesn't cheat (at least willingly) to the MC.
Also blackmail trope... In my country victim blaming is still at its most, a lot of girls are afraid to go to police or talk to anyone about rape or blackmail about things that happened while they were drunk because of fear of public shame and condemnation even from the closest family. It can be called porn game logic of course, but it's not that far from real life.
Also not trying to be sexist here but it's simple science that hormones and emotions affect women's behavior stronger than men, and it's in woman's nature to be dominated

Spoiler I liked the update and how Liz looks younger and has shorter, bluer hair, she looks like an athlete or a swimmer and is short. She could also present herself as another person without raising suspicion. I like that because Mat can do whatever she wants with the new Liz 2 without consequences. She also seems very innocent but could be seen very quickly as a new personality. I like the innocents who are really bitches.

There are games that kinda make a bit fun of this idea by having a (very short) route where the female right away tells the MC all about the blackmail. Everything gets resolved very fast and the game is over.
Are these people advocating a love path or just wanting the love path to end in a Netorare path?
No just a few idiots that only want Liz to get fucked (and not by MC of course), they are even upset when it is Sam that get action... They claim that the others just claim Liz time...

That is some serious excuse though. Sure, messed up in mind and body, but that doesn't translate to a loss of will. In order to push a story like that, the story needs to reasons that there are "loss of control" aspects due to the nanobots, but from my understanding she is just influenced through strong emotions with them which isn't a component of judgement, just an element of influence. One doesn't lose their morality by getting horny, the loss of morality is acting on it and she does, so yeah... she gives into it to be a whore. You could reason it makes her decisions harder, but in the end, it is still her decision to let "sexual" feelings drive her.
While it is true that some rapes are not reported for such reasons, this is her closest friend/love, someone she can trust, someone you share such foundations of support with. Not sharing something like that does herself a disservice, breaks the trust of her relationship with her love, and then places the responsibility for the situation entirely in her hands. Since she continues on with it, she then becomes responsible for it and therefore supportive of it be it indirectly through inaction.
Emotions are not excuses for action. Lack of self control is a trait of animals who act instinctively without reason. While I do think women are strongly driven by emotion, I don't buy they have no control of what they are doing. In the end, for an action to be committed by "emotion", it has to be accepted by the person as a choice willingly.
Which goes back to my theory that those types are viewing these games from a Netori view, identifying with the antagonist and see him as a hero. Those types I would say create a lot of the confusion in Netorare and love paths.

I found Happy quite interesting because, depending on your choices, it could go several different ways:
1) Liz still loves you but gets addicted to Matt's cock; she enjoys the "best of both worlds" (to her) and is "Happy", at least until MC discovers what is happening.
2) You screw up and, little by little, Liz falls under Matt's influence and gets away from you--delayed NTR path.
3) You "push" her towards hotwifing, she ends up confessing her affair with Matt and the game probably ends with her having her own (small--or maybe not-so-small) reverse harem. Super-Happy ending for her.
Except the last update basically killed option 1, which was maybe the most interesting to play. With Matt being away just a few days, Liz is immediately miserable--when Matt is away, "Happy" turns into "Unhappy" and Liz's Willpower takes a precipitous drop. Now, with a week-long stay with Matt looming on the horizon, I guess it's her Affection that will take a deep dive in the next update, and she may well have forgotten MC's name in a couple of updates. Which is a shame, for sure.
So, in effect, Happy has disappeared--except if you play it as hotwife, the only way that she's still got some Willpower left--but only because she's resisting YOU, not Matt. So yeah, not the best, imho. Why have a Happy path at all if it was always meant to be a bait-and-switch? :/
On the other hand, the NTR>NTS path may turn out being the new "Happy" after all, as it looks like Liz is getting closer to MC on this route. Let's see if this gets confirmed in the next few updates, when Liz really becomes a hotwife.
Also, why is MC freaking out/horrified that Sam touches Liz in NTS? Excuse me? Pretty sure there should be a universe (okay, make that a ton of them) in which an MC who wants his girlfriend to turn into a hotwife would be thrilled if she also got it on with Sam.
I always played the happy path to keep her away from Matt dick as much as possible...
And in this update after only one day of Matt being away she goes from enjoying sex with MC at the beach and after, to have a negative impact on her willpower when she has sex with MC. I won't mention her lies to MC when he ask to come to her just to play with her dildo... And yes her drop in willpower is just huge...
For Sam in NTS i don't think MC is horrified, he is in my opinion more surprised than anything.
I didn't even see that, tbh (didn't check her willpower during the update, just at the end, and I was like--"Wait, what, that was my *Happy maximum love* route? What the heck?"). But I agree this makes even less sense.
Yeah. I guess you could make a case for it on a "low affection Happy run", but I'm literally at 98% affection at the end of 0.21 (and I was at 100% at the end of 0.20, so she may still have been "totally in love with me" when she went, "sorry, babe, I'm not feeling too good tonight--oh, and also, I must try out the dildo that the bastard who is blackmailing me just sent me and fuck myself to oblivion with it, because that's totally what a loving girlfriend would do, right?"). This makes no sense at all, tbh.
I'm surprised the game still considers that as Happy at this stage. Waiting for her affection to drop lower than on NTR as early as next update, the way things are going (I mean, "high will" (1%, lol) NTR Liz is still madly in love with me at 90% affection, so go figure).
I don't know, I was surprised that there wasn't one option where MC could have shown some excitement when getting the pic of Sam fondling a naked Liz, at least in private.

In my honest opinion, i think the dev was been writing themselves in a corner with all three paths. At this point in the lovers path, Liz should have confessed what has been going on, especailly with how much the dev is trying to show that Liz still loves the MC. But like many others have said, at some point even on the lovers path, she seems to be enjoying some of the interactiosn with Matt. Maybe not as much as the happy path, but enough to make you question what the end game is. If I had to guess, I get the feeling the dev is so focused on making the lovers path hurt the player, that the writing for it is suffering with each update. Not to mention I think its bullshit that somehow, even if you do everything right so far (in the newest update) in the lovers path, the devs message at the end says that one little tiny mistake way back will fuck you over. That's just poor writing in my opinion and a waste of time to go back and start from the beginning of the game. For the lovers path, there should have been a moment where either you keep up the affection and love high enough to where Liz confesses and then the player can decide to try and help Liz, ignore it or introduce the sharing option.
I started a new conservative run. When I finished I ended up with a low 29% lewdness (conservative enough?) but the 2 pics still did not show up in the gallery. Maybe a bug on android version. I'm gonna give up on them for now until the next update. Thanks for the help anyway.

Just to mention i didn't notice the drop of affection, i am even more disgusted now...
For Sam and MC lack of excitement, I think he never considered sharing Liz with another girl, if you look to the discussion about sharing he is clearly expecting for guys to be interested in Liz, so when he receive the picture with Sam he is surprised and can't show his excitement. In my opinion of course.

that's actually an interesting thought in a way.
maybe the branches will eventually converge to just a handful of endings. and the purpose of the numerous branches in the middle is for the player to get different pics, which is the goal for completionist fans.
for a game literally named "NTR" Mobile, the NTR ending will probably be the canon ending with variations plus one Lovers ending if the player chooses the "correct" decision every single time.

One thing still questionable on my end, in my High Will NTR save I was able to prevent analsex up to the end of v0.20.5
