M138 is on NTR path, Liz willpower needs to be high (>5%) when Sam visits the workplace.
M140 is still showed on ShareSpace, but not on the gallery (absolutely a bug).
L85, L102-L104, and S5 are all bugs.
I still have no clue how to get L86, L87.
For L71, I don't recall the details, you might have it on Happy or Lover paths, with low lewd stat.
The game give you The option, but you need money. IF you speend the money you cant buy, so pay attention in work options and dont rush the nanobots, and I believe you need be lovers path or happy.

Lover or Happy path and chose answer that include sharing her (showing more skin, wear sexy outfit etc...)
L85 lewd happy nts path you need to make the good choice here (short skirt, meeting her)
For L102, L104, S5 those 3 need a different choice on happy nts (but still the short skirt)
For L86 and L87 it is probably a bug we are waiting for a confirmation from Nosy

Honestly I tried it a few different ways and I stayed on the lovers path most of the way but made a separate save for if you get her to have more drinks with Sam and flash some skin ...which then puts you on the happy path but she then bangs Matt the moment he next makes a move so I was a bit confused how that outcome leads to happy
Personally I don't see how saying have a few extra drinks and show a bit more skin is the green light to fuck someone else haha
It is a reminder that on the MC pov he has only access to the full censorship pics
