I could see her doing something like that, but I also kinda think she has just fallen for his dick. Much like how each player can interpret for themselves whether the MC is dumb as a rock or is secretly into it, etc., I think there's room to interpret what Liz thinks of the men in her life. My opinion is that she still legitimately likes having MC as the "romantic boyfriend," but in keeping with the NTR porn logic of games like this, she has developed an insatiable lust for sex with Matt. It would be hard to imagine a situation where Liz went over to Matt's house wanting to just watch a movie and cuddle (regardless of how Matt would respond). She only goes over there to get fucked.

The in-game messages have said that the premium access is uncensored, so if the MC got premium access, of course it would mean that the MC is seeing the uncensored versions of the images. But there's no reason we can't play it as if the level of censorship the player is seeing in the un-premium content is different from what the MC is seeing. I already play it that way without it being fully uncensored. You really expect me to believe the MC wouldn't recognize his own girlfriend with just a tiny little bar over her eyes?

How to get M138, M142,M143 and L102, L104, L105

L102/L104 Happy nts path let her go with Sam beginning 0.18 you need to make her wear a short skirt
L105 Happy or Lovers path in a conversation with Sam
M138 NTR path high will
M142 Happy path
M143 NTR path let her go on drinks with Matt in 0.18.2 only (you need a save from before that point, this is the story change from original 0.18)

If you know where your save files are (something like AppData\LocalLow\NosyFellow\NTRMobile), all it should take is to open up the txt file of your current save, find the bit that says WebsiteAskIt=false, and set that to true. You can also add numbers in AskItShareItPosts right before that, to see posts from paths you didn't take. Prepare to be underwhelmed at how little content is there.

I think canonically MC might have seen some by paying some money on the account or some "free version" pictures that are censored enough so she is not instantly recognizable, and humans are very good at pretending something they dont like isnt happening.
