Let me put it this way, wait a year and come back for Lover's path content because this is an NTR game and Lover's path is not and will never be the dev's main focus.
It's one of the main paths in the game and has been from the beginning. Nosy tried to make the transition between Lover's and Happy a bit less abrupt and it broke the game, thus he delayed its content for a bit, but otherwise the story is pretty much at the same point.

Brah, the difference in content between Lovers and NTR (not including Happy, though it's not too different from Lovers) is like night and day lol. Sure, they may be on the same pace in terms of story, and I won't deny that Lovers is a main path, but clearly NTR is getting all of the love.
That's a different issue then and in that case, waiting a year won't make a difference. Like you said it's a NTR game and Lovers is always running the risk of becoming stale, but I'm glad it's there - look at how many other titles are handling it: It's either not an option at all or merely an afterthought that may even cut the game short. Here it's a path in its own right and the "True Lovers" route will offer yet a different point of view going forward.

I will just remember a few things.
At the start of the game Liz is a shy and conservative girl (and probably intended to remain a virgin until marriage but that's only a supposition. We know for sure that she has been with the protagonist for years). You can't expect her to become a slut naturally.
It is Matt corruption and 'A' work behind (and maybe a little help from Richard unwillingly), that made her a cock starved slut in the NTR path.
So of course the NTR path has more lewd content than the Lovers and Happy path. And just to remember the Happy path is supposed to be a failed Lovers path. It is normal that theres is only a few lewd content than the Lovers one

This. Sam is the best girl on lovers path. Hell, she even makes me wanna dump Liz for her... if only we had that choice.
Sam club go! It really seems like she's hitting on the MC in some of the convos and their little secret is something that could be explored more, e.g. have him attend one of her shoots, Liz finding her photos on his phone, some Liz / Sam action, ...
