Thoses two seem to be bugged. After you got E10 in richard convo, when you return to Liz convo there is an Exobitionist notification but no new pic...

Here is almost everything unlocked. I can't figure out why L127 isn't unlocked... I think I added it. SC17 is one of the sex in the city posts, and those are named really strange sometimes... So I skipped that.
The E sets, I unlocked manually as well since I can't figure out how those unlock, but e12 doesn't seem to be in the game yet, as it's just a white image. In any case, have fun
