'pparently Liz and Matt are part of a psycho doc experimentation with nanobots. Matt knowingly but unwillingly and Liz very much unwillingly and unknowingly, thanks in large part to Richard who was a complete moron. Currently she's off limit to gangbang for "science reasons" (the doc want to see how much corruption can be add by just Matt) but I suspect on NTR slut she'll be turned into one at one point or another, and in NTRS it's also possible.

As Nosy said... If you unlock the NTR bad ending (0 affection), the NTR will continue with or without Matt (that means you can still beat him).
There is an interesting picture in the fortune teller sharespace on happy/NTRS path which show Liz in a gangbang

Yes there is one gloryhole scene when going for drinks in the NTR or happy path (this is not linked to NTS). You need not to go to the bathroom when Liz ask you to.
While on the game, just click the open background apps on the bottom right on your android, then click the game again, should just fixes it automatically.
In every case Liz get a dose of nanobots from Matt/evil bitch, not buying them yourself just remove the Liz thoughts and tracking app for you.
