What's the trigger for Sam happy? Cause I don't think I get another convo with Sam except the one where she gives you Liz being groped photo AND the one she's angry with you if you didn't go to her and stop the groping guy in Happy NTS

The trigger is on prankster day when you ask Liz to confirm it was your idea, and Sam then apologize

You can be on any path, but the details change a bit for ntrs content. Just follow the steps Jiroah mentioned. And be aware that if you're on the lovers path when you do this you'll be immediately switched to happy path. Also, I think telling her to be more lewd helps, but I always play it that way so I can't say for sure whether low lewdness blocks you from any ntrs content or not.

I confirm that the NTS need Liz to be extra lewd (for example when going out shopping with Sam, if you make her wear a revealing dress at the bar and ask for a pic she won't send it if she is not lewd enough)

kuraseriku No, two of my saves continued where I have left them at the end of the previous version. Some parts are the same, of course, but there where the needed differences between the pathes.

a 100% virgin run is impossible

There isn't a way to prevent Liz from having sex. Either it will be with you or Matt. If you don't end up having sex with her when the opportunity presents itself, she will end up having sex with Matt and put you on the happy path. Or if you completely neglect her and the affection stat goes down enough, you'll go to the NTR path.
