On the lovers path if you've done everything correct so far, you can see that Liz has no love for Matt what so ever and its clearly dealing with him because of the blackmail/health insurance for her mom. She pushes back hard in the leaked chats and Matt is getting pissed because he can't go all the way.
You're only asking that because you haven't played the game, right? Otherwise, you'd know the answer to that already.
Thanks, I decided to see if there was a chance I could edit the saves, and to my surprise it was incredibly easy.
Too anyone who didn't setup the spy app early, here are the steps:
Go to the save folder: %APPDATA%\..\LocalLow\NosyFellow\NTRMobile
Find the latest SaveData##file,
Find and update HasLizStatsApp to true
Reload save, the spy app (heart icon) should be visible now.
Good for you. Let's just hope it won't fuck things up later (Nosy promised an event where you have another chance to give the ring, and i suppose to get the spy app too).

This is update 0.20.4.
All the .2, .4, .7, etc updates are just fixes/QoL features. Updates for 0.17, 0.19, 0.20, etc are content updates. When we get update 0.21.0, that will be a content update. For now, 0.20.2, 0.20.3, 0.20.4, etc are just fixes.

Check event viewer what is the issue. For me graphics card driver was crashing on game start and that caused the game to freeze. I used DDU to completely remove the old driver and installed new and that fixed it.
Your post pushed me to a solution that worked.
I looked the events and saw that problem was in directml.dll file that works with DirectX12. My was from 2022, maybe that was the issue.
So I downloaded a new one (no links for freeware sites xD) and replaced it in System32 folder.
And now the game works fine.
Those who have problems with launch - try this method.

updated my graphic card and directx but nothing has changed . something is really messed up in this gmae . because this problem is only for this game and the other games with this engine works perfectly .
Weirder things happened in this game. Would not surprise me if Liz does a 180 at some point. If not, maybe the MC cheats and leaves instead? I don't know about how or why the lover's path is the saddest path yet.
