I only know how to make her angry. Some people on discord said that the option in the beach scene of version 0.20 was sufficient enough to trigger the events in this update. Others said it wasn't. I had a earlier save where I made Sam angry:
- don't let Liz try to explain to Sam the situation of wearing something skimpy (after the first time she wears a short skirt (prankster day) and they both go out for drinks);
- don't believe her fortune telling stuff;
- the beach scene where you let things escalate too far.
I chose the "good" option on the beach and it was still sufficient enough to let her stay mad in this update.

But keep in mind you have to tell Richard that you'd like to keep sharing her in the first comic of this update to stay on the happy ntrs path.

You can check in the saveData{number}.txt. my save with SamAffection variable value of 0 still couldn't unlock it. The difference between SamAffection=0 and 1 in the previous versions is that the 1 opens the fortune teller Sharespace, and the 0 didn't, so I think the 0 is Sam Angry unless I'm wrong about that.

Can you tell me of what choices I have to do in the new content to get it? I do have chosen to keep sharing Liz in the Richard comic. Did I miss a choice in another comic?

What is the new bar in the stats app measuring?
It's mentioned in the dev's end of content message that it's specific to NTRS, but doesn't indicate what it's measuring and what's up and down on the measurement...

Is the Happy path broken? I don't remember Liz (cheating) jumping on Matt's dick after triggering Happy route at the end of her university presentation. Also, Matt insinuates that he has fucked Liz in his post before when I've literally just exit Lovers for Happy.
