There is a route where you can have some MCxSam action : I went for a NTR Low Will that became NTRS when I continued to encourage her in the new update. During this time, Sam tells you she will help you push Liz to sharing and she visits you at the end of the update.
A conservative happy route did not work. I unlocked L340 and onwards again. The problem with managing the stats is that in the week before this trip Matt goes away and her Lust goes to 100% and you can't do anything about it.

There is a guide linked in the OP. That guide is updated till version 0.20. But it is the best way to know what options you have to choose for each path. Both ntrs paths will lead to some scenes in the latest content. But I'd recommend you to go happy and then happy ntrs because on happy you'll have some interactions (via messaging) with Sam. I don't know if you mean you're missing 200 pictures from the latest update or from the game in total. If it's the latter check the guide out for how to obtain those pictures. If you mean the first then search the missing numbers in this thread; others & I have answered questions by others. Or ask if those aren't asked & answered already. I can help you, though I still miss 12 pictures in total.
