I used to enjoy this one, but the comics really ruined the flow of the game for me.

If the dev is reading this, I might not speak for everyone, but this update was definitely worth the wait, you cooked so fucking hard bro.
You still have to make sure that Sam is already angry with you before that, so you will receive a very extreme, mad reply from her.
You see, you can make the sunscreen guy go that far even on paths where Sam is normal or happy with you. The difference is Sam will only get disappointed at your decision to let the sunscreen guy continue, but she won't be at the anger level.

IDK. But you could use the timeline function (if it works for you) and choose the camping event. It took me an hour to do a complete new run.
Weird, I tried that too at first but still kept getting L340-347. I guess all roads lead to Rome.

A simple guideline to stay on Lovers : If you can visit or look after Liz do it (is it you or Sam, just to mention you have to switch the person who interfere with Matt's plan or it may backfire in the long run) and never try to share her.
For the Lovers path in the last update has not been released yet so you will have to wait a little.

Yes the cash is important. Let me explain... It allow you to buy things... The ring, nanobots, leaked chats... And since you seem to be a Lovers path fan you already know that you will have to pay for the access to the fortune teller sharespace (which may kick you out from Lovers).
At the beginning of the game you can buy a ring and later nanobots. You can give the ring as a present for her birthday (it keeps her affection high) and unlock the stats app if you let Richard activate it.
The nanobots are facultative, it expand the app, add a tracking app but to be usefull you need to give the ring to Liz first and let Richard activate the app. It also give you an insight of Liz thoughts when she is doing lewd things.
Later you can buy leaked chats, they are facultative but give you an insight of what is happening behind your back. It adds a lot of lore and several pictures too.
Of course there are other uses for cash like buying condoms, paying for restaurant...
