- you are delivering too much quality. your game looks professional. that means clean well written, no bugs, logical plot. well presented UI branching paths.
the story feels "safe" as in lacking risks. the idea is not new the art is again professional, well proportioned, clean, well colored the kind of art AI tries to copy.
you have to be more messy. you see. NTR is about cleanliness or more precisely lack of.
for the example. in the bathroom scene, she gets raped while facing the mirror. if you want to make it more NTR you have to reduce the cleanliness.
- smear her make up all over the sink and the mirrors
- wet her hair in the toilet.
- dishevel her clothes
- piss on her face
same in the train scene, it all looks too clean, the train is clean.
- surround her with passengers,
- squeeze her by sweaty men all around.
- grope every hole in her body.
- rub dicks against buts.
- use all her hands.
- and have someone play with her panties while she is busy.
Humiliate the character.
all the previous games have strong content surrounding humiliation.

Thanks! This is an interesting perspective. I’m going to survey my readers on this and see if they want more graphic depictions.
I grew up with LiLiM, Sakura Atelier, Waffle NTR VNs where the visuals are beautiful and the text crude. I know there are more violent, crude NTR out there, but I’ve generally stayed away from those.
I’m actually not very comfortable with overly graphic depictions (I guess that JP modesty lives within me), but I will see how far I can take the obscenity haha. While my text is very explicit, I think my heart will break seeing Akari visually degraded.
(I prefer to keep beautiful things beautiful even when they are fallen. So Akari won’t have her skin dyed or have piercings or anything like that. But if that’s what most players want, then…)
As for blur, none of the artwork is blurred or obscured. Everything is in high resolution, fully uncensored. The pictures are actually too big so the image slightly scrolls so you can see everything in detail. (People really like the text and visual effects so hearing this feedback is surprising.)
Now, there are some images where her face initially isn’t visible, and that is to add intrigue. Her face eventually gets revealed anyway, so nothing is really hidden from the player.

Well I can say that the game needs to look lewd enough than beautiful. Your game gives a vanilla vibe (everything looks pretty and neat) which can be good for certain targeted audiences but for NTR and corruption, games like big breast ntr , scars of summer they knows how to make things lewd and nasty. That darkness is lacking.

its ok, personally I think the art style makes it hard to have that kind of thing, if you want serious advice I would recommend
"A promise best left unkept" and the things made by hangover cat, not his writing, fuck that! your writing is better. but the setups. the framing, the directions. yes those are definitely more lewd. and he does it while using a clean art similar to yours, but he abuses things like camera angles, to make dicks look bigger, he does things like forcing the girl to put a condom on the guy with his mouth and uses the games as things that add up to the humiliation.
think of it this way, your character is being chased by a shadow group that is playing with her. imagine if she was given the choice. put on this nasty enema and seal it with a buttplug and we will stop chasing you for X amount of time. if she complies she gets left alone only to find out that the plug is remote controlled, it vibrates and she is about to leak in a highly populated area.
the games by azienda turning the page, also bad writing compared to yours, but good corruption, how the main character is slowly changed from a regular woman to a lusty whore. how she changes her mind about her husband and looses respect towards him because he falls for her constant lies, her lack of self awareness in blaming him for her own downfall. those are all sinful and "unclean" thoughts.
meanwhile in your game the girl gets to succumb to "anger" but anger is also prideful and pride is a clean thing but again pride is good, pride drives people to higher resistance to humiliation. they will wear the biggest butt-plug and hold their face straight just fueled by the anger that drives them to achieve their goals. and the things they can do in blind rage or when the rage gives way to subservience is glorious, as well as the fact that rage is also fueled by frustration and frustration goes with the previously mentioned restraint, restraint that when is released gives way to whoredom and "freedom"
those things happen in the 2 games I mentioned previously. that is why the NTR term is not just about cheating, or relationships outside of established couples. that is why it can happen to your mom, your sister, your childhood friend. or as i jokingly say. your cat.

I think for heroines in an NTR game you should go for 3 tops. so I would put the princess and the maid in a combo. that means the maid pretty much does not exist narratively.
as for image and concept well I think AI is quite generic, so you need to expand the concept to at least 1 paragraph per character to make it more appealing as an elevator pitch. for example
Character is archetypal sword hero.
Bar maid is childhood-friend, poor as the hero, both lived happy lives in the countryside, she is quite independent and driven but lacks resources and power.
Maid is hero's sister, she is loving and quiet, likes to serve prime state for bullying, and easy to dominate, she needs the money and knows she cant deny the requests of the royalty.
Princess is oblivious, believes in fairy tales and is not aware of the secrecy of the aristocracy she is unaware of the abuse being done to the maid. and the evil of her stepmother.
Stepmother is a plain bitch, high on her power the hardest to corrupt and evil to the core, she is the first antagonist pulling strings from behind by the simple fact that she is a narcissism. her fall will be the loudest.
the antagonist can be either a Tan skinned hero, nobleman, black uberman whatever it is for the angle you want to approach towards destroying these characters.

He’s fat kid who lost his parents before the village was destroyed the protagonist was only who talked to him after the village destroyed he spent half a year working as slave to terrible criminals before being reunited with the protagonist again he was asked by the protagonist to be a servant there were many options for him so he went he met protagonist new family and new life he hated that he have to suffer while protagonist lived comfortably but he saw the duchess he captivated by her beauty and kindness fell in love with her
