I would say Custom Order Maid 3D2, especially the first half of the expansion/DLC.

Keep in mind, this game heavily/more focus on netorase than netorare, but there's some nice netorare scene.

And the reason why I said the first half of the expansion/DLC, because it had pre-render sex scene that most 3D game lacking IMHO. Most 3D game that I played, they just throw you straight to "Free Mode" even tho you still in the main story and it did felt kinda lazy. Like, you tried to unlock that specific scene, but then the game just gave you "here free mode, just do the same shit again".
But with Costum Maid, they kinda reward you with pre-render cutscene to watch and enjoy, even the dialogue. Unfortunately, the later update/expansion, they start using "Free Mode" for their story mode/progress. So yeah, it became lame TBH.

I am also wondering about that one. I never ended up really playing it, since back when I tried it, I had to go through a lot of hoops to install it and then the dialogue (which I feel is most important for ntr) wasnt even translated.
