To be honest, AI-generated NTR games (like Sexting My GF) are a guilty pleasure for me, even though I fully support with the anti-AI art sentiment due to its practice of using artists' data without consent. But still, good writing is good writing, similar to good concept.

Right now, I'm still trying to cope that people use AI for the same reason I use cracked games: a lack of funds or resources to hire real artists, especially when still want to trying to create games themselves. The problem with this mindset is, while I don’t feel I have the right to judge them, it’s also difficult for me to justify spending money to support those kinds of games.

I am on the oposite side with the same result. I like the Idea of AI painting, and i wish there was a more morally trained model that compensated the artists that trained it. but my god do i find AI art souless and devoid of evocating emotions. sure AI can make a cute picture or a cool one but not something that makes me go SHIT WOW! and so far AI has never provided me with any usefull solution to an actual problem that I have had. besides looking for ideas for creating writing and generating random names.

It’s not always due to lack of resources. Greed is also a thing. Activision has oodles of money and they have no problems using AI to skimp on artists. Free is free in the end. I’ve seen people literally wait weeks for games that are 200 yen.

Does someone earning $10k/month really need to use AI? Not really… but $2k saved on paying an artist is $2k in your pocket. If there are pennies to be pinched, there are pennies to be pinched.

Also, do keep in mind this is F95zone. Almost everyone here is looking to obtain games without paying creators. It’s true this is a great place for H-game discussion… but most are here to pirate.

Since people here are already not paying human creators, there’s even less incentive to pay for AI works that cost nothing to generate.

It’s not like me, who still does everything by hand, has been getting paid more since AI became a thing. :ROFLMAO:
I refuse to use AI out of principle, but I’ve accepted that many NTR devs are already using AI and earning way more.

I've been aware of all of that, which is why I say I'm coping, and why it's hard for me to judge AI devs. For now, I just want to share my personal conflict/opinion about those games, maybe it will make me feel better, somehow, maybe.

Its just a new artform. Right now you have a lot talentless hacks who have no idea what they are doing with it. But then you have people like the dev of Aperture , where the art is better than 90% of games with real human art out there.

After I played it the other day I realized the amount of dogshit slug called “recent games” we are getting lately, really high hopes for this project

perhaps this project may be good in the writing aspect but but visually still looks kinda dead to me. even the blow job scene, the train looks bigger than a regular train almost a mixture of a landscape. you cant get a look like that unless you are using lens with curvature. the expressions all the characters have look about 95% of what the average expression looks like. like I said it looks cool but compared to an actual artist.

like yeah you can say the AI art looks "cooler" but to me the real art has soul.

This is from https://f95zone.to/threads/i-will-not-win-human-instrumentality-project-final-little-boy.116517/

Little boy seems to be unfazed by AI art and sometimes likes it. so i picked it from his discord. sure the AI images look cool but I still feel they lack the human part. that choice where I see that an artist cheated because they did not want to draw hands. or that they altered the circumference of the tits because they wanted to squash and stretch them. or how they painted a droll line from the base of the chin to the balls not because drool is supposed to make long lines but because they wanted to give it an artistic flair.

it is hard to explain. yeah you can argue the AI images look "better" but I need to find the soul. like how the two eyes are different in the original picture.

Haven't played that one but imo not all of these AI phone games are bad. Neko NTR comes to mind as a pretty solid one

NTR Hunter was... okay... for this year's standards, which are not high at all.

The girl is hot, the art is okay. Scenarios are decent for RPG Maker but are wildly missused. I read someone talk about how they never wrote anything for the FMC in hentai scenes and I feel this was a concious decision? Some people just don't like the incesant corruption 'fucked silly' chat during sex scenes. I don't agree with this point of view though, I definitely would have liked her saying some stuff instead of just moaning and the bull doing all the incesant talking. But it is what it is. I feel it was intentional.

Aperture 'art' being better than 90% art out there? Couldn't disagree more. Souless, boring, and wildly inconsistent. The lighting and the whole enviroment for some scenes looks awful and really breaks the immersion for me when you realize they don't fit the narrative at all. I'll take regular art with all its flaws any day.

I agree with everything you said. For this year's standards, it's a playable NTR. It's like being hungry and eating bread and butter. But it's far from a meal. The feeling I get is that, in the past, they used to make real NTR games, but nowadays, everything seems uncreative in every aspect. And I don't understand why. The NTR community knows what it likes. We like hidden NTR, corruption, sex behind closed doors, curtains, real cheating, without blackmail, hypnosis, or any of that crap. In fact, it's been a long time since I've seen an NTR truly about cheating, about a woman cheating because she wants to, because she feels lust, temptation, something that games like Girlfriend Tapes did very well back in the day, the kind of game where the girlfriend ends up making the other person angry.

I played NekoNTR recently and it really reminded me of why I love phone-style NTR. The slow escalation of the OnlyFyans stuff, the 'delayed' texts and lies over messages, the corrupting influence friend who sends you stuff you shouldn't see. Also the rare brand of enjoyable and higher-quality AI art. I'll definitely be keeping an eye on that one.

I will take it any day over shitty daz renders, misshapen art or your cookie cutter 2d art that I have seen a billion times. Considering how much time and money its saving them, I am all for quality AI usage like in aperture. Is it perfect? I guess not, but frankly most of the flaws is stuff that people actively look for, because they know its AI. Its like when talking about lice, everyone starts scratching their head. You notice or even conjure problems that you wouldnt have cared about, if you didnt hyperfocus on it. You can see this effect when people arent that sure about some art being AI or not, suddenly picking apart any disrepancy etc, then it turns out it really was an artist - drawn art also has lightning, shading and perspective issues.

A demo for this game, Minna Netori 2, is out:
I found the first one unremarkable considering it is derivative of another game. lets hope this second installment is improved. but frankly considering they keep the same suits as the original game it is inspired on. the artists either really liked it or lacks creativity

I don't mind AI art if done well and with a decent supporting story.

These are NTS, but I think

Moonripple Lake
My True Desire
Brain Rot

are all off to pretty strong starts.

The nice thing about AI is that it allows people that otherwise would have had a lot of barriers to writing good games to now do so. The bad thing about AI is that it allows people that otherwise would have had a lot of barriers to writing good games to now do so.

Thank you so much for putting me onto this, this looks amazing. Can't wait to follow this one.

Ok lets give it a try to this Aperture AI game.

Game greets me with the most vomitive camera design I have seen in my entire fucking life. as a camera hobbyist i am appaled and offended. I almost puked!!!:sick::sick::sick:

After calming down I will give it a try. but seriously you want AI game with good art. i think this one is better and I played it https://f95zone.to/threads/moonripple-lake-v0-51-bcg.220933/ it is more netorase but the art seems to be well vetted and edited by the creator.
