If we're talking about developers who never finished their NTR game that I'm greatly disappointed by then I'd probably say Lunar Mirror. It was a sidescrolling lovecraftian horror puzzle game but unfortunately the developers who happened to be living within China were imprisoned.
We'll never get a conclusion to the game and that's such a shame because the game was leagues above most NTR games that have been released.

Depends on what it is. What engine is it in? Mtool will handle most things. Textractor will do most anything else. Most engines will have a specific tool that will translate them too. Sugoi Toolkit can be used for manga and LNs.
