The plot is great, even if the grind is hell. I gave up on this game at first because it was too big for mtool but I picked it back up after figuring out textractor. Still, I'm confused about the ntr and what you mean by route. I always assumed the ntr scenes are just going on behind Rick's back, and you can only see them in the recollection room, but you're saying there's different routes? Are the scenes for all routes automatically unlocked even if you only go down one route? Do I need to find a way to keep the green hearts up?I don't think so.
For sure; I don't think I'll be able to post the NTR route because I'll be honest I'm stuck as well (cannot find the 4 digit code to pass to next stage). I'll post both the older save which you can get into the recollection room, and a newest save which is where I am stuck. Feel free to take a stab at it and solve my problem
Save05 is the older save allowing you access to partially unlocked recollection room (left hand side are all NTR content, right hand side is vanilla - I only unlocked around 2/3 after 55 hrs of playing so there you go.
Save09 is the newest save and where I am stuck at.

I'm not far in the game, but several NTR scenes happened even when the MC was not present or couldn't see what happens. And since the NTR guy uses to corrupt the heroine some event that only happens if you do a specific choice at the start of the game, I'd reckon that the game locks you in the NTR path pretty early, and unlock both path' scenes as you progress in the game. But yeah, if you're in the NTR path, scenes play out as the story progress and you're not forced to check them from the recollection room (that I still don't have unlocked BTW).
I don't know if you can branch out of this path later on tho.

Exactly. I figured that out very late in the game. I think the early choices is pivotal on which route you go. If I recall correctly the game didn't do well "Hinting" that the choice being made will decide which route you are heading to.

Edit : Nevermind, I had to pick an escort mission in the North city to trigger the rest of the main story !

Huh, maybe it was the child rescue mission? I remember being given a choice to secure the girl or leaping in, and although I didn’t play the rest of the game with the latter choice, there was a new choice after that fight.

I think it is the choice you made when you save a children from the bandits in the forest, the second choice make the NTR guy to have his way with Belfast and all the heroine in the game,also there is a favor system in some choice to change the route.
Yup, I’m pretty sure it’s the human traffickers mission in the forest. MC got the kid and Belfast taken hostage, and then Ntr guy swooped in to save the day, netting 70 green hearts in one go.
