simlpy put, it's because of the incoherent rules about shota in this site where some can avoid it like Summer Memmories, but on the other hand, most ntrman's work that has it get axed.

I swear....I'll never understand these rules. Games that have a literal child as the protagonist or one of the main characters can stay but games with just one or two scenes with a shota get removed.

That's what was confusing me.
But the original version is double the size of the remake.
And I've already played the remake for 5 minutes, and there's no difference between it and the original.

It does seem shota gets axed more then loli. Hell, they nuked a thread cause the MC was a 40yr old midjet, lol.

Iirc , Adelaide 2.0 is the same with 1st one but it has extended routes to other npcs, has more endings and it's compressed better because some had performance issues before.
There are some nuances about how they decide it, but I forgot the details. Anyway, it's their site so, not much we can do.
Yes, I did observe that shota content gets more scrutiny in this site. Im just happy that Summer/Winter Memories is exempted from it.

Well I think it is put to staff voting. I am guessing some of the staff like loli but most of the staff dislike shota so... you end up with this.
I am guessing DojinOtome games are just too big to pass on the clicks they will get from it, so they just go with it.
Frankly it seems pretty funny that a lot of stuff that is normally available on steam is deemed too unsavoury for this pirate site.
Has anybody played games from this creator?

Right now, I'm in the mood for post-apocalyptic stuff. It's a setting that has a lot of scenarios to offer and can have a good amount of branching plots due to the survivability theme.
Other than that, modern day is always my go-to.
