That's one of the shows I have not watched so I wouldn't know how to write it that well. If a lot of people suggest it maybe. But having the main girl also be not that appealing seams like a big downside.

oh I know this exact feeling lol
so much ideas that seems good but just cant settle on what to actually do
and when you get some kind of motivation for an idea, it evolves into something totally different lol, now its a totally separate idea from the one you got motivation on, and your list just becomes longer
Yeah I've been doing this for about a year now. Already cycled through like three ideas just today. I think knowing a gap in the market would help motivate me.

Id say pick one specific niche and dont deviate. Even when you get a bunch of hate mail, just stick with what you are doing till its done.
Dont mix Netorare and Netorase on the same route. An example of what not to do would be King of Summer. That game had you playing the netorare route, then dropped an update that had the MC then do a sharing netorase route. Why would I care about the girl sleeping with one guy behind the MCs back when he willingly shares her with another dude? lol.
Personally I like mystery NTR, where the MC never sees whats going on other than a few subtle hints. But with the option to either see the full scene in the recollection room or like with hentaria chronicles right when they happen. (Just flash the screen black then play the scene) But the MC doesnt fin dout until the end of the game where he gets a bad end. (girl leaves him, his life turns to shit, ect). But for me the big payoff for NTR is the end were the MC finally finds out and his world crumbles.
But whatever you choose to do, stick with it and dont deviate till its done. People will hound you to change it to fit their specific tastes. Keep your focus on one or two very specific things. You can add extra stuff after the game is more complete.
And if you go with the parody route, be sure you know the source material. Parody is a shortcut to building that relationship that is destroyed in the NTR. But it also means you need to stick with the character's personalities and traits, and slowly change them.
I mean, I'm no expert and my opnions aren't exactly kind of the hottest around here, at least compared to others I see here, but one game that I recently liked was "self-defense dojo secret ntr lesson", especially because of the setup for the game that allows the character to "mask" his lewd teasing as martial arts grappling techniques. I think more games need setups like these that allow for a certain ambiguity in the character's actions in which the same scene can be watched in a different perspective, for example, by the husband who may even be directly seeing it and yet not suspecting a thing or, better yet, suspect it, but never fully be convieced by it. It's this unreleased tension of "Is she cheating or not? Or is she enjoying it or not?" that makes the whole thing more erotic than just pornographic. I usually prioritize the former over the later, because what your mind imagines and it's infinite possibilities are much better than just seeing the thing as it is.
I don't know how most in here feel about it, but usually in NTR games, I tend the lose the excitement right at the end of the game, where the wife is already fully corrupted, because there's is no more guessing, there's no more suspense, there's no more tension. There's no more actual stealing to be done, because it's already completed.
I'm a very hard too move person, I'm not the type to get pushed around by comments. And I understand that NTR is more than just types A,B,C the honestly more important clarifications are things like corruption,blackmail,humiliation, and mystery in defining NTR. I've wanted to do a parody game a shit ton ever since I played the SAO parody game. I've seen you in many ntr comment threads if you could give me a parody recommendation please do.
Yeah I've had ideas for a "cuck pov" "ntr legend". I think if your losing interest in NTR games that's the writers fault. There are a lot of interesting questions post corruption. Like how does she feel about the MC now and is she willing to have the NTR guy's child. If the girl is just acting slutty and there's no consequence then it might as well be a female corruption game. NTR is all about the effect on the MC.

I know you said netorare or netorase, but I will say this anyway:
Im still on the road of 100%ing the game Winter Memories, and Im really enjoying the game atm.To put it simply, a Winter Memories game but solely focused on netori genre with a lot of hidden sex in it. You can even incorporate the Husband noise mechanic from the game to make it even better.
Basically, In Winter Memories, you cant do any sex activites when the husband/father is in the room with the heroine.Remove that restriction ,and add the hidden sex mechanic in it. Also, shota as the mc is ok for me, but it would be even better if it's a teenager or any netori adult male stereotypes.
As for ntr parodies, Tomo-chan wa Onnanoko! is a great choice. It's a decent anime, but the setup is already there for
ntr devs/artists to easily play with. It's like an anime begging to be ntred so badly if Im being honest. Esp with a heroine that looks like this:
Yeah winter memories is great. any game I make that's vaguely on the level of ntr-legend/summer memories is awhile away. I'm still getting used to game dev. Really good idea for a parody, haven't seen it but it's got a pretty ntrable premise. You Definitly put something i'm on my radar that I wasn't considering.
I am very simple, when the game change the heroine's appearance progressively according to the ntr guy tastes.
