I tried it, it's fine but kind of bare bones for now :

There should be five you can do, but you only need 3 for the demo. One is at daytime on the beach, another at night on the toilet of the bar (for the toilet paper ask a npc in the city). Then one dude at Karaoke. Hmm that's all i remember.

You get a couple days more entering the first route and another few days more going in the other available route. You need to enter the creeps apartment and either steal the bra or the book. Book is first route and if you have at least 30% progress and take the bra it will be the second route.

I would probably feel pitty for the character. fear is a very strange motivator, for doing NTR. for fear I would actually place an NPC interested in the guy but he is too oblibious to see it or too in love with the girl to even consider the other person as a way to get out.

I dunno, man. I do not think the price is justified. There is seemingly not much content for a remotely decent fap, no matter what kinks the game looks like to have for you.
I know times can be hard when you've been outta fap material for a while.
