a lot of VN's pad text for content, very few do I fully read, and it only happens when the story is interesting, and the text is concise. I skip a lot if people give a lot of teatime talk. "hello" "how are you" " I am fine and you?" if the VN starts all conversations with words like that I start skipping. I also need text to be displayed inmediately but that is because I am a fast reader.

I used to read them but I got traumatized by the Tsuma no niku games. all the sex scenes were the same.

Wish there was a way to tell if a game is mainly NTR or not when searching with the netorare tag on f95. Even if a game is tagged with that it could be anything from full NTR to a Vanilla game where the entire NTR bit is the MC having a 5 second nightmare about his gf cheating 10 years ago...

There should be a way to tell by categories which ones are the main focus, and which are just secondary tags. As it is now I have to search the discussion to see what others say about it and quite frankly that is a pain in the ass.

I 100% do the same, I rarely try to play VN anymore, I just know im going to be bored with them. Its not like I don't like reading, I read LNs all the time. It's just the things VN characters talk about are boring and useless, lol. They just talkin in circles to fill time it feels like.

you know what VN had good text hitozuma lovely moment. it also was fully animated. great VN all VNs should be like that one.

yeah vndb has that by having weighed tags. Wish we had something similar here.

Thanks for recommend, that one actually got under my radar because its not on f95. Wondering what other possible gems I missed thanks to dubious rule enforcement here.

I appreciate the effort to make a game - game development is fcking hard, expensive and time consuming especially for beginners and even making shit game 0.01 is probably their last attempt, so I find it understandable that Ren'Py Daz/HS comic flowchart novel comic is the most usual result with not many game mechanics. I don't resent it, but I have read a lot of braque writing and want to enjoy what I find fun (probably art).

There are exceptions like Mirage's Reflection where nothing you would call stellar, but I really enjoyed the package, because it at least looked like a game and the progression was somewhat cool and is much worse if you start to skip.

No problem I wish that producer had more recognition, as I said great quality I think all modern VNS should be 90% animated instead of the slop that we get from ANIMM. i would much rather have a shorter VN with less scenes but fully animated than a long one with a bunch of crappy alt ends and lame dialogs.
