It seems to be a game from the same SAO developer, he's a lazy dev. You better not even look for him because he has almost all of his games incomplete, only Chainsaw Man is complete.

Nebel Geisterjäger has it to some extent. You literally choose the MC's penis size in cm, and it changes the CGs you see for some scenes (I think it groups into small/medium/large) and it even acts as a difficulty modifier later on; speeding up FC corruption if MC has a small dick.

But it's important that it's not a childhood friend or something like that, but specifically a girl who is not closely connected to the protagonist. Is there anything with ntr in such a situation, lol?
