And what NTR Games are there where to save the girls, you have to play perfectly? I feel like there aren´t enough games where if you put the effort, you can actually prevent the NTR.

Yeah, most are way too easy.. I'm still in the search for an NTR game where it is actually hard to prevent a "preventable" NTR.

If you mean like you have to play well or at least is a chellenge then yeah there aren't many, I think Curse fo Kubel is one? Can't remember but the point is that most the time "saving them" is way too easy, to the point i have to play badly on purpose to get what i really want, and i honestly hate that, i prefer to not have it as an option rather than have to be a braindead moron while playing to get the good stuff.
Oyako Rankan was one of the few where it took a decent effort to avoid the NTR and were equally rewarded for it. A lot of games throw in a virgin run or vanilla run but don't add any H content to it. Like they forget its a h-game, we're here for H and the gameplay (Which is super neglected these days).

Personally I think that people really loved boy hero ken since it kinda came out of nowhere. The dev just hit so many good aspects with pretty few resources. The game didnt drag, had some cool pixel art (not sure if you can call it pixel art, sprite art?) and had a lot of good hidden ntr scenes.
Shows even with Zombio, which imo is lackluster in many aspects, how much having a lot of hidden NTR can bring the game up. This might be subjective, but hidden ntr scenes might be my most favorite and important thing about ntr. Its just so much fun and a good inventive dev can work wonders with it while using minimal resources.
For anyone making ntr games - please dont skimp on hidden ntr.
