good list, glad you put info that Golden isn't NTR, its not the MC has no relationship with the princess. Mirage had great art but only pixel animation, only good thing is NTR is not forced you can make the girl continue to refuse so it never happens. NTR Knight is probably one my favs on that list even though it is "hypnosis" type of NTR lust marks basically, still enjoy it.

NTR. Doesn’t even matter if A is in a relationship with MC. Why, you ask?
In most NTR games, it’s common for the player to self-insert into the MC and consider all heroines possible love interests. If some dude is touching/peeping on MC's "potential girl," then jealousy/salt occurs, and you got NTR.
Think about it: Most people in the world would be very, very upset at the idea of a bastard peeping on their girls.
However, X is a female, not a male. It's also possible she will become a future love interest. Is gender considered important in NTR stories?

Honestly it doesn't sound like NTR to me at all. In many vanilla anime if the Heroine gets molested by another female character nobody bats an eye, hell it's a pretty common trope of girls taking baths together and touching each others boobs. You'd need something more debauched to make it feel like the X and A have something special between each other without MCs knowledge. In your scenario it seems like X's action only made A think of MC more.

Doesn't matter. In Beat Blades Haruka, FMC is graped by her (former) female superior, who’s also a heroine.
Definitely had NTR complaints at that time.
Gender doesn't play into NTR, though most of the audience here is male. What matters is someone is doing touchy-feely or perverted stuff with a possible love interest.
A good chunk of NTR scenes in Lusterise/Alicesoft games are actually committed by female characters. Unless one wants to stretch and say it's not NTR if a female does it, as opposed to an ugly bastard… then you’re getting into double standards lmao.
They absolutely bat an eye. Some players don’t care because FxF fanservice is hot for them, even if forced.
But many DO care, especially if it becomes excessive and turns into a recurring theme.
See Angelica, who is easily one of the most hated characters in Cold Steel 4 due to her creepy tactics and feeling up all the heroines.
See Hino Yachika, who feels up all the heroines in Abaddon: Princess of Decay, and is also hated for that reason.
Literally replace the "hot girl" in many FxF scenes with an ugly bastard, and you can see why some would consider it NTR.

I'm trying to understand here. If there's a scenario where you "steal" a girlfriend from her SO. But then that said girl is having some stuff with her boyfriend, before you met her, would that be perceived as NTR? If dad has some actions with stepmom, in some games, is that also NTR? But... That's his wife, though. It's so hard. Should I just write full vanilla instead? lol
Sigh... I guess I should just write it as subtle as possible, if there's some complain, they can complain all they want.

personally i don't think it's ntr. but of course it depends on the context of the situation. and its not about the gender. ntr happen when the girl get taken away, or at least there's the threat of it. now in the scenario above, if X doing that with the intention to take A from mc, or if A become less close with mc because of that, then it's ntr.

Again, it depends on your interpretation. A lot of NTR lends itself to Freudian themes, doubling down on the taboo aspect.
What is considered NTR isn’t always cut and dry. Make the game YOU want, and fans will follow if it’s written well.
Your mom having sex with your dad is not NTR. Otherwise, every living human is a cuck. Someone other than the dad sure.
