I'm looking for the name of a pixel-style erotic game that was likely made with RPG Maker or a similar platform.
The game is in the NTR genre. The main character, a man, moves to a new town with his girlfriend, who has purple hair. They plan to get married, and they have agreed not to have sex before their wedding. The protagonist gets a job at an office near their house, while his girlfriend commutes to a neighboring town for work.
As time goes on, the girlfriend starts cheating on him. One of the most memorable scenes is when the protagonist catches her having sex in a swimming pool, where she was doing it to make money. The game has a rainy atmosphere throughout, which adds to the melancholic and emotional tone.
There is a bad ending where the girlfriend completely leaves him. The game had pixel art and a rather emotional, somewhat dark story.

Its probably due to peoples dislike for the series. SAO is one of those anime where they oversaturated themselves within a short period of time so it became well known but people got sick of it real quick. Not to mention the characters and tropes looking back are just cringe and laughable in todays anime market. When I tell you how many Kirito's are on my blocklist in MMO's, lmfao.

I have nothing against the AI and the author of this game, and it's just my opinion. But I think it's wrong to only use a Lora that copies the style of an artist (Takeda Hiromitsu).
Maybe the game is very good but it's sad that it doesn't have a little more of its visual identity. Especially when it's such a recognizable and well-known artist

I agree on that account. If you are going to use ai, find a style thats uncommon and not a specific well well-known artist. You can have ai create new styles that mix other ones and it looks much better imo, since it's harder to tell its ai, and not just a 1 for 1 copy of an artist.

Swapping Party, perhaps, but there is really one scene of cheating/NTR late in the game and then it ends. So mostly just swapping, but still it's somehow Atelier Sakura's 5-6th highest rated game on VNDB in the endless sea of their slop.

As for Kabe no Mukou... there is a 3d game done by Dazedanon here, 2nd is being translated by Capu with around half of MC's POV available, and for the 1st one I made a draft Deepseek v3 translation if anyone's interested.

that’s just not true lol. sao literally started the whole ntr parody wave in anime (it’s known for that). there’s so much ntr fanart, doujins, even games around it (probably more than most shows combined). it’s to the point where if you see 3 sao fan things, 2 of them are guaranteed to be ntr xD
