anyone knows of this game, and where to get it?

Wow, BlackGG is an artist I haven't seen in forever. He was making another NTR game called "Erka" with all the girls in his patreon background. It was pretty sweet but he dropped it years ago.

He gives out all his higher tier codes and downloads through email and he deletes links the next month. Most his fanbase is Korean too so none of them share stuff around here. Basically the only way to get his stuff is through his patreon.

For me it's always between Re:Zero and Highschool DXD, a time loop NTR done right sounds so hot, I even tried making the game but I'm not good enough, even wrote the summary of the story out and how the game would work and the loops would work, and highschool DXD have the highest potential for a NTR.
