I discovered adult gaming a few months ago and since then have played different games focusing on different fetishes, I find that I really enjoy corruption , cheating , netorare and pregnancy

I really enjoyed mystery or hidden ntr, where the male protagonist has no clue but the player can see subtle hints that something is happening

So far have enjoyed:
- armoured suit solgante
- RaiOhGar: Asuka and the King of Steel
- Corruption of village

I'd like some recommendations on if there are any games where you actively plan for your wife / gf as male protagonist to cheat, and find clues of it after ?

RPGM or VN would be both good, bonus points if it involves pregnancy!

Also if anyone knows what this specific genre is called ? Where the MC is actively engaged in creating NTR cheating situations

I'm a bit confused by your request, because you're asking for netorare content but it sounds more like netorase. Not many NTR games contain pregnancy as an in-game feature it's more something generally reserved for the ending of the game. It seems sort of foolish to suggest but have you tried Nebel Geisterjager? Also Fallen Bride Mege there's also Knights of Messiah by Circle Gyu, that one does contain pregnancy as an in-game feature but I'm sure you'll find it gets quite repetitive but I might as well suggest it.

Can someone here help me out? I found this site that was CYOA + AI generation that had a mix of human written/guided CYOAs that you could still direct at certain points. It was not a full AI story generator, the stories there had pre-established settings and narratives but you could still choose how certain things played out.

Specifically, I found this one NTR story on that site of your girlfriend going to college and shenanigans ensuing involving some collegiate athlete or something. But can't find the story or the site for the life of me.
