This game has AI pictures (probably AI script and AI coding too), has interracial gangbang sex, has the name "gooncuck". All of this point to it being a cashgrab. So I searched for the thread and wow, even the introduction sounds like a commercial written by AI. Of course there's a patreon page as well.

Well I was thinking more from a Big Brother = hidden camera angle, but it does have a fair sized island to roam around in and some event here and there. Don't expect GTA6 though.
