I'm looking for quite a specific scenario but figured this is the place to ask. Do you guys know any NTS/NTR games where the bull has a positive relationship with the MC? Maybe he's sort of like a sex teacher/guru helping the MC by showing him the ropes while giving the ropes to his wife/gf? The MC performs - good ending/NTS, you fail - bad ending/NTR. Something along those lines?

.......are they doing a kind of early acces with dlsite game now ? i saw 2/3 games that weren't "finished" but still selling and then the dev do update for the content that was supposed to be in the game if i"m not mistaken

Imo, it was over the moment Alicesoft stopped catering to NTR fans.

It isn't NTR visual novels that are dying. It is visual novels. But while studio produced works are dying out the indie scene is thriving. The amount of NTR releases on DLsite is only increasing, as well as the quality.

Western devs? definitely. But games on dlsite? What?
bbq's nebel game basically did this if you haven't played it. it is extremely convoluted and tedious though, i think it's a good idea/setup if done right

This year alone had the new nebel, avantgarde, makurasoft, magical witch marie and melphias game, we've been pretty spoiled as far as releases by established indie devs go. I'm afraid for 2026 as a result.

Melphias had great production, but the ntr was pretty meh. Its like all the big production games that happen to have ntr, it always feels more as a little side thing. Still a nice porn game mind you.

Avantgarde was kinda netorase, not netorare and was actually a letdown for most, no? I mean the art is still great and all.
Have yet to play the new BBQ game, but also heard it wasnt really good?
Makurasoft was another letdown, where the game was too much "game" and almost no ntr or porn really. Might be good for some. If I want to play a game for "game" part, I play one that was designed to be purely that.
So yeah, feels like this year was stacked with games that people definitely looked forward to, but I dont think any of them really delivered.

I'll he honest, I had completely forgotten about it. I guess the game being a tedious experience was a major factor in making me forget about it. You're right, the concept can still work if done right and thinking back I think BBQ didn't waste the concept but the scene diversity for cameras was minimal (and too randomized).
I have yet to play their most recent game because I'm neither sold on the artstyle nor on the general concept.

The art is great, the concept is great, and there is also less bullshit than nebel, however there is not zero bullshit. Events and trigger conditions for things are either random or not obvious, so a game that could be great is let down by poor game design. I guess it is designed to be filler since I don't know why such non intuiitive events exist
