It covers both. hell NTR is covered under it too, it's just that particular branch generates strong emotions in people. Theres no need for a separate netori tag to further confuse things. If you are into cheating on your SO, you are also fine with taking someone elses.

It's not about being fine with it. It's about the kink itself. For example some of the games tagged as netorare are actually netorase which is a completely different kink. You might or might not be fine with both but that doesn't mean that both do it for you.
For me, I like the idea of the corruption of a woman partner. I just don't want to be the poor guy that it happens to. So any pov that would let me watch the corruption process completely but not be the one that suffers from it is fine. For the woman pov I guess searching with tags female protagonist and cheating would do it - this would be my prefered pov but I'm fine with the guy doing the corrupting which would be netori and is missing.
Me doing the cheating is not something that is in any way interesting (I don't mind it in a game but I definitely wouldn't play a game just for that) because what I am looking for is the corruption of the woman. To be honest I think most netorare games at least (maybe even netorase) could easily have multiple protagonist type. Since most of the images would be the same, only the writing would have to be different. So they could have an option at the start where you choose which one you want to play and then enjoy almost the same game but from a different pov.

its weird that the game wont run in a sandbox
it seems to be virus free but it still bugs me
should have just made it in rpgmaker or wolfrpg engine
unity is overkill and runs like crap

cant seems to choose the other choice when playing, and the gallery is already fully unlocked when completing NTR route...

it seems the last five scenes on page 5 are from stopping the ntr but everytime you do this it says demo ends so why is there missing scenes from the gallery?

Think they last finished the NTR path.
Can also check the one under MrYeh, but its the same version as this one and ends the same. Kinda weird to have two threads, under different devs, for the same game.

Is there a way to download all the art and animations from the game?

Download and run a Unity Asset bundle extractor. Though depending on if the animation is videos/gifs or images or uses sprites like live2d it wont work. you might only get the sprites

You can't, the game isn't full / complete so this route is'nt in the actual version
