I like both, but would tend towards NTR.
I like darker stories in general, so will usually gravitate towards NTR (or if I'm reading manga, mind-break) style stories.
To be honest though, kinda just depends on what I'm in the mood for at the time!

After spending enough time on this board, I've come to realize that I don't fit inside the box that most other seem to.
I have no interest in a game where my character is cheated on in a committed relationship or shamed/humiliated, and made to feel like a loser. But at the same time, the idea that the MC is the only man in the game's world who is having sex is equally bizarre and stupid to me. And the hoops that some people jump through to justify the women's "purity" are enough to make me want to pull my hair out sometimes.
I want a game where my male MC can pursue, seduce and have consensual, casual sex with a number of hot women, who are free to do the same with whoever else they choose. Single women, married women, family of the MC, you name it. Its all great. I'm not looking for a romance simulator, just a fun sex game.

Biologically speaking, women are more inclined to have a single partner, whereas men are more inclined to have multiple partners.
The reason for this is pregnancy. When any sex session can result in a 9 month commitment followed by a lifelong commitment to raise the resulting child, it's easy to imagine that the person under such burden will want to have a solid partner to help her through the ordeal and not several dozens partners who will refuse the responsability because it could be anyone else.
When it comes to males, they are under the biological imperative to spread their genes, hence the tendency to want to give a good genes injection to any nearby female. (At least, ones that are attractive, aka that the body recognize as having the potential to make good offsprings).
It might seem absolutely retarded in the context of a porn game, however porn games exist in the context of our societies, so they will tend to follow what people want, which is a harem for the average male.
I am not equipped to speak about what the average female wants, so I'll leave it at that.
PS: Also fuck off with the morals. This is is a website where we have giant hamsters raping women and people fap to that (among a plethora of other game scenarios that deviate greatly from what a society would deem 'moral'), so I think if you're trying to advocate for female liberation, you might not be in the right place.
Fine points. But for me, porn is fantasy, and while any game needs to keep some footing in reality to be believable, for me one of those fantasies are worlds where women are just as hot for action as the average dude. Or at least where more mature women are as horny as a lot of college girls are.
I don't want porn to be real life. I live real life. I want porn to be fun, and to have experiences that I couldn't or haven't had through the medium. And to me it seems so strange that I'm in the minority with those thoughts.

On the topic, I don't feel any adult game bringing closer to reality. The romantic (single-LI) slice-of-life ones feel like a soap opera more often than not. I don't remember my relationships in real life being so dramatic. But then again, the game would be boring.
I never realized that could be an option, but it does make great sense.
