where does the game store it's files on android, does the apk version also have a directory for the files thats supposed to be on the appdata folder in windows, if so where could I find it?

Never found it, but if you just want the files, you can export the backup and rename it as a .zip.
It's just like the Windows game folder, but compressed and with another file extension.

The Patreon and Itch.io version is the same (for the most part).
When they're different usually is because the Itch.io have some bugfix.

no. the patreon version has 3 more locked girls that are not available in the version downloadable here. (Mabel, Rachel, and Lilith)

No. The game is exactly the same. Those girls are unlocked with the Patreon code listed on the OP, regardless of where you downloaded the game.

Struggling with Chapter 5 Variation 3/5. I can only get endings 1, 4, and 6, despite there apparently being 7 endings in that variation.

Not all those endings have new images. I just had to cover all the options the story is going. Going to converge some paths when Naomi gets another update to make it easier again.

Still updating the guide but I just did that variant. C4 V2 Ending 1/5 will let you get 1, 4, and 6. C4 V2 Ending 4/5 will let you get 2, 3, 5, and 7.

It's available on the game page Itch.io, and you don't need a code since Naomi is a free character.
I reported the game thread to the mods to be update right when I posted here about the update, but nothing happened, it seems...
