Polly route would be much better if she didn't just tell you she was cheating so upfront. I don't like willing cuckold stuff, and the binary of the decision makes it either that or breakup. I was hoping she'd start doing stuff with guys on "lonelyfans" (great name btw, funny and more honest than the real name!) and then that would cause more drama, but she just 'hey babe, i wanna keep sleeping with other guys will you be a nice cuck yes/no' and the path basically is over for me there.
Actually I think the problem with the route starts earlier with Anna telling you Polly is cheating. I think earlier decisions should affect whether or not Anna blabs on Polly or not. Like if you support Anna cheating on her own bf maybe she keeps it a secret idk. Anna coming out so early in the route with hard proof of Polly cheating kinda puts the thing on rails after that.
Edit - fuck it ima write more. Thinking even more about it, I think that the Polly group chat blows up too quickly too. There is so much potential for that to make good angsty NTR chat (you being the only guy in a group of girls including your gf) but we basically only get the 'big dick guy' pic conversation and Polly then blows it up very quickly and then almost immediately Anna sends you a vid of her cheating. I just feel there is room for more around all these binary events to play out.

tbh this character just feels like a promo for the girl OF it's really not well written
I still like it, but it used to be in my top 3 no longer is. I'm sure it being based on a real person and real events does constrain what the author can do.
