So they'll add more girls while Amber is stuck at being a psycho with two outcomes?, oh joy :HideThePain:

Well I guess we'll have even more Polly and her two cool routes of being a simp that acts like a cuck or a cuck that acts like a simp, which could be fun and yet, it isn't (if her final updates is about becoming a character in this game I'll change my opinion and declare Polly's path peak ntr content)
Having more characters isn't a issue. From my past understanding of the game, there were already rough ideas for characters and their stories, which all would eventually be told to an end.
The polls would only decide the order of release, making it so that at max the character would be just indirectly affected by the longer wait time between updates, which eventually as the characters reach their natural conclusions, these ones would get more focus.
My point is I thought it would be natural, like the story that were to be told would finish, but now I see that it's not that way.
If the character is not popular, they will be killed by rushing that storyline in favor of making more of the more liked characters.
I don't mind waiting more time between updates to make room for Elena, the Lying Girlfriend or the Office Girlfriend, but knowing I'll probably never see what was planned for Mabel does piss me off.
I since the first release of Polly didn't like her much. I don't mind a collab, but I think collab characters should've just be an one and off update, like you came to knew her, she changes her lifestyle, blocks you and that's it. Maybe some random updates on LF on other girls releases, like Natalie was.
I wish a character based of a real person hadn't got this big of a spotlight on the game, but judging from the votes, it seems like Vixenp's simps really paid it off.
I unsubscribed a year ago. Seems like what I already felt was going wrong back then, only got worse.
Too bad, I really liked the game in the beginning. patreon isn't really used to fund the game, the dev is only shaping the parts that most of the backers like.
The vision os gone and unimportent. It makes money yes, but we'll never see what it should have been.

that's how it is, unfortunately. dev makes money and biggest patrons get to decide what happens. as good as the game is, as much as i still enjoy it, that's how it will always be until either the patrons leave and he needs new ones or they just happen to align with what we want.

I think it's best to judge the game when it's over, and it's clearly still far from it. There are many other games out there, also, a whole life to be lived. Other fap material can be found at there and when you cum, you won't even think about a game on the internet that's not currently at the state you'd want it to be. When you're salty about your character not being developped as much as you'd want them to be,have a tought for A Wife and Mother fans out there haha

This is unfortunately one of the biggest downsides to crowd funding sites like Patreon. It incentivizes games never being completed and also it incentivizes catering to the whims and wishes of whoever is throwing out the big bucks
