Overview:
One night the protagonist, Yasutaka Eda, went to visit his girlfriend's room, Yumi Shibasawa's. What he found there was something that would left a scar on his heart, Yumi was embracing another man. What's more, when she noticed Yasutaka watching them, she got excited and decided to continue while saying that she never came when they had sex. Traumatized by this unknown side of his girlfriend, Yasutaka ran away. Months went by and now Yasutaka has managed to keep moving with his university life, even though he thought he would never be able to trust and love another woman, his new girlfriend, Mia Shibasawa (Yumi's little sister) has managed to heal both his mind and soul over time, though sometimes he still remembers Yumi and that nightamarish day, reason why he is unable to regain confidence in himself in bed. Well with the synopsis being kinda all over the place, I'm guessing the translation won't be all that great either? Like the synopsis first tells us he dates Yumi then he dates Yumi's sister Mia but then he tells Yumi he's dating his sister :D

...and so, he decided to break up with Mia as well. Determined to find the true love, soon after he got a girlfriend, but this turned out to be another sister of Yumi and Mia, who had been out of the country for a while, then he thought he could forget about the past and continue to live happily with this girl... but Saginuma Soma, the man who had sex with Yumi in front of him in the past, gets not only Yumi, Mia, but also this 3rd sister...

Ha, it would be funny if the "Avoidable NTR" is linked to a twist in the story where it turns out to be a revenge story by the 2nd sister Mia (she is faking being slowly corrupted by the antagonist (without actually doing anything) just to get close then stab both her sister and the antagonist in the back).

The translation is good, the one who made this thread probably MTLed the text from the Japanese store without even playing the game.

On a side note not sure if it was just lazy drawers or an actual thought from the start the chad + the MC have similiar sized D's (pretty much the same D) but it seems that the difference between them is that MC is a bit of a quick shot and seemingly just stops having sex after the first shot which I suposse if why he's worse at sex.
