No, you can see them if lust is high enough, I just tested to make sure and got priest 4 that has (patreon), but it's random which "level" of scene you get as long as they are in the lust range

Your question is really old, however, I want to answer it as I need an answer for myself as well- that and I'm into so many weird kinks like rape, loli, nts, ntr, harem, incest, voyeurism, and corruption.
Generally speaking, a lot has to do with the generation you grew up in. For example, I grew up with the anime harem generation of the 90s, so I find the idea of monogamy for men, biologically and mentally speaking, kind of peculiar, since men could impregnate multiple women, but women ended up being more promiscuous than men for gen z due to feminism, hypergamy, and the indoctrination of equality for the poor- the wealthy and elite are still very much patriarchal.

For rape, it's the idea of control, and domination, since most of the newer generation grew, including kids of the 90s grew up without control over their lives, or society. Being able to control women, is a fantasy where you're able to control your insecurity of how promiscuous women are, through projecting yourself as the guy who took their virginity before someone else could. Or, you're a lonely 30 year old virgin, and were never exposed to romance, relationships, and social development due to shyness, anxiety, or whatever issue you had- yet want to feel apart of it, the rampant sex and entanglement, so you channel it through your anger of being ostracized, ie. inc*l. And since men are generally stronger, it has a "puts them in their place" kind of affinity.

For incest, it goes back to the idea that women aren't loyal, compared to the boomer generation where couples stayed together even if they fell out of love, and hated each other. If you grew up seeing parents like that, you tend to want or imitate them, especially if that's perceived as the normal through media, like movies, books, and video games. Think of incest like a form of restraint of women, and someone you didn't need consistent maintenance, like a relationship. There's no courtship, appearances, insecurity, or material burden, just plain feelings and lust- like when we were young. As well, it could be a form of projecting if you're an only child.

For harem, think of it as a reversal, where in reality, women can take their pick, and choose any man they want, as men are starved of intimacy, and give men that same choice, except they didn't have to pick one. A woman biologically speaking, can only choose one, since they can't have multiple babies from multiple men, however, men can impregnate as many women as he wants, so in a fantasy, why only allow men to only pick one? Monogamy can also become monotonous with only one women, especially if most women in real life are- basic.

For voyeurism, it's either the idea of sharing intimacy with other people that isn't your partner without cheating, or it's a form of ego trip and contempt for those who don't have what you have.
Corruption, mostly bottled up animosity for women, emphasis of how naive and gullible women are to "fall for chads and alpha males" who use and dispose them. It reinforces the idea that women can easily be entrapped by blackmail, threats, violence, etc. in exchange for sex- to the extent that it debases sex from something sacred and intimate, to a materialistic tawdriness.

For loli, it could be a projection of a lost childhood, such as having fun, being with friends, and maybe growing up too fast without having experienced it. Or, it could be a desire for simplicity, without the duplicity of adulthood. Personally? I didn't really care much for loli, until my entire sex feed became saturated with snusnu kinks, women with breasts bigger than their head, with thighs the size of mount everest. For netorare and netorase, it's many things for many people, depending on which perspective you look at it from. For some, it's hatred for simps, white knights, and SJWs. For women, it could be having the best of both worlds (ie. money, personality, power) through cheating or having a back up plan/man (without consequences), contempt for men, fear of being cheated on so they cheat first, showing men how easy intimacy is in some twisted form, wanting security by being helpless and dominated but being in control of it due to cheating, or how much love they have for their partner that just being with their partner alone isn't enough to express it so it gets projected into someone else.
For men, it could be contempt for men (indoctrinated through feminism, boomer generation chivalry, SJW culture), contempt for women (by devaluing them as human beings through their cheating), narcissism, self abasement/masochism, low self esteem, parasocial attachment, anticipation of grief (ie. interest in serial killers)/insecurity or anxiety, cognitive dissonance, disillusionment of social interaction and relationships.

the free demo version doesn't allow to use the event launcher, I'll test again just to make sure if other scenes are visible

EDIT: Pray4 works and drinking 4 works to, but it took a while, 5 minutes at 2x speed with the events set at very fast

i like the concept of a playable male, and a non-playable "Free Roaming" female, and NTR, where you have to sort of protect and prevent the free roaming female character from getting into those situations. An example I can think of this is Nebel Geisterjeager, but very few games are like this, and this is probably the best one. Another one I can think of is Artificial Academy 2. There is no story behind AA2 but I like the idea of free roaming npc's that can interact with one another, especially when NTR is a possibility, and it can happen in both games whether you are there to see it or not, but still have the ability to prevent it if you are on time.

ntr knight isn't good, because it's incredibly easy to prevent ntr, with not any good systems in place to occupy the player to stop the player from preventing things from happening. as for nebel, it's also fairly easy to prevent, but you're also not given the exact location of the heroine so you have to try and search for her in a limited timeframe (unlike ntr knight where you are given a tool that gives u the location, and time moves fairly slowly so running out of time is not really possible) but i do love the lewd crests though

not that great for me event wise, it added 21 events, but all of the are with monsters at random and you can't interact with her, like the ones in the cave with the guy, if you enter the cave she return at her place, the event themselves are not bad if you like monster sex, but all of them being not interactable make them worse than the city ones

I think the key is also that it is not just happening passively as an animation or sprite, but rather that you have details of the scene added. Like what does protagonist do rn? Why cant he prevent it or interfere? What is she doing and saying? What can you make out (so its not clear to MC but raises suspicion), why does she do it? With whom does she do it?

The great thing about NTR for me is precisely not that the girl is just a slut and whoring herself out, but rather that there is 1 or 2 characters who take her away from the MC on that route. If she just fools around with random people it ends up boring for me, cause then there is not really anything going on between MC and her and she is just a nympho in the end.
