Follow up: Downloaded it. It seems most of the completely game-breaking bugs are fixed. The game went from an unplayable game to bad playable game.

It only works with the "long shift":
she has to have time to be groped and harassed by customers and slowly the dress comes off: if she remains sober, at a certain point she straightens her dress, but if she is quite drunk she takes it off and continues the shift naked... as a result, at that point you will also get new molestation scenes where she naked accepts everything without complaining

more than one is always better (five or six to be safe)... the room must "dance" around her.
I tried to make him drink only one or two, but after a while the effect wears off (he puts his dress back on instead of taking it off).
The trick is to always bring some alcohol (moonshine, whiskey, and rum) and drink it all together the next day before starting your shift.
